Mike and I cooked dinner together on Monday, a pasta dish that we ADORE! Now, mind you, Mike has some serious issues with onions. Him and onions just don't belong in the same room ever. As soon as an onion is cut, he tears up immediately and has to leave the room, and sometimes step outside for a while. I like having Mike finish off my "Italian" dishes with his special touches (seasonings and olive oil) and I asked him to finish this dish off. He stepped into the kitchen armed and ready for the onions, with his safety goggles in hand. I snapped these adorable photos of my sweetheart and thought everyone else would enjoy them as much as I do:)
